Boston HandyWorks is a social enterprise of Pine Street Inn, a Boston nonprofit organization whose mission is to end homelessness. At HandyWorks, we provide on-the-job training and transitional employment opportunities to individuals who have experienced homelessness and have been estranged from the workforce.
Trainees in our program engage in meaningful work as they move toward their goals of economic self-sufficiency.
The trainees at Boston HandyWorks produce and deliver high quality wood products and facilities cleaning and maintenance services!
All revenue from our cutting boards and housekeeping services goes towards funding the Boston HandyWorks training program, providing education, training, and resources to help rebuild lives.
